Jewelry designer Lulu Frost is on the top of our list and never fails to impress us with her epic pieces. Ever since she started using the door numbers from the old Plaza Hotel to create her signature pieces, we knew she would be sticking around for a while.
Turns out we were right, we will be showing Miss Frost love tonight as she starts off fashion week with a small soiree on the west side.
